Now that we’ve gotten the first few weeks of the new year out of the way, it’s time to get serious. You may or may not have made a resolution this year. Doesn’t matter where you are with that. I’m talking about starting a new habit.
Shoooeeeeyyyy! Dang! That can be a long time. So to help you out, I’ve developed a Habit Tracker for you.
Never used one before? No worries! I just started and I’ve been using planners for decades. I’m not one to track my water consumption (maybe you are) but there are plenty of other things to track.
I’ll tell ya what. Tracking actually works. In real life. Coloring in that little circle at the end of the day is THE. BEST. I dare say I might like it better than checking off a box on the To Do List. And I really love to do that. I will do a task not on the list then write it in just to check it off.
So without further ado, click here . It will pop up in a new page.
You can use it monthly or annually. If you use it monthly to track numerous habits (up to 8), simply cut the paper in half and you’ll have one for next week as well. Or go all out and track up to 16 habits for a month. If you use it annually, you can track 1 habit for the whole year (you will have some extras at the bottom).
Good luck tracking your habits!
